Always go to class. Go to your professor's office hours, too. And put yourself out there. Join a student organization.

When I was a Freshman… 

Freshman year was a learning curve at first for me, but I stuck with it and was able to get through. I met a lot of friends, found a way to survive on the dorm food, and even grew an appreciation for it.

What was the most intimidating part of college for you, and how did you overcome it? 

Talking with the professor was intimidating to me. But I learned if I wrote 3-4 questions I had for them, and asked about what advice they had for students in their class, this helped ease the tension.

What is one podcast you never miss an episode of?
