Process over outcomes. What I mean by this is to show up, do what's in your control, and stay curious. Curiosity makes learning feel lighter and helps you adapt if/when things don't go as planned.

Be Who You Are by Trevor Hall & Rising Appalachia

Do you have photos or mementos in your office that have a special story? 

Kintsugi, or "golden joinery," pottery that was gifted by a friend. It represents the philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence.

What is one topic that, if a student mentions it, you will accidentally talk about for 20 minutes? 

Anything exercise or fitness related!
