Claire Engelken

I serve as the Undergraduate Education Curriculum Coordinator. In this role, I support the University Core Curriculum Committee and do a lot of behind the scenes work within KU’s Core 34 general education requirements. I also teach UNIV 101, a course for first-semester freshmen, that focuses on building academic skills and community. I love helping students build a strong foundation during this important transition time. 

In my free time I love spending time with my family, watching sports, and caring for my many indoor plants.
